When trying to print with the TD2350, the printer seems to receive communication (the BT symbol lights up when using Bluetooth), it sends a response to Andy indicating that the label has been printed, but nothing is actually printed.
Affected configurations:
| BT (ZPL) | BT (Templates) | Red (ZPL) | Red (Templates) | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Android | ❌ | ❌ | ✅ | - |
| iOS | - | - | - | - |
| Browser | N/A | N/A | ❌ | N/A |
The solution is to configure the printer to disable PDL autodetection (command type). Follow these steps:
Install the app on an Android device: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.brother.ptouch.transferexpress&hl=es
Download the file PDLAutoOff.pdz
Select the printer via Bluetooth (ensure it has been paired in Settings beforehand)
Transfer the configuration file to the printer
Restart the printer
After completing these steps, try printing again, and it should work correctly.
