Link Brother TD-2350 printer with Andy via WIFI

Below is the process to link the Brother printer via WI-FI to an Android device.

Before starting the process, check this article printers approved to work with Andy. For now, this model is not compatible with iOS devices.

Enable WI-FI mode on the Brother printer

From the printer itself, make sure that WIFI mode is enabled:
- Press Menu
- Press to select:
  a. WLAN. Press OK.
  b. On / Off. Press OK.
- Press to select Enabled. Press OK.

Connect the printer to your WI-FI network

In WLAN > Manual Infra Setup:

a) Select your WIFI network or select “Other…” and enter the network name.
b) Enter the WIFI password by navigating with the buttons and OK (use the Menu button to switch between uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).

On the printer, press Menu > WLAN > WLAN Status > Infrastructure Mode.

The information we are interested in is IP Address, since you will need to enter it in Andy (something similar to 192.168.1.1).

Link the Brother printer with Andy

If you access the Labeling tool for the first time without having it configured, you will see the message “The printer is not yet configured.” Click “Let’s do it”, and you will be taken to the Printer Configuration section..

Select your printer: TD-2350

Select the WIFI printing method

Enter the printer IP Address in ANDY
(on the printer: Menu > WLAN > WLAN Status > Infrastructure Mode > IP Address)

Name the printer (optional)

Click Save

You now have the printer connected to Andy and you can start labeling.
