How to upload a document in the library only to certain users and locations?

To select which users can access specific resources in the library, it is necessary to first create Folders.
Why?
Andy allows you to choose which User Role can access a category, and consequently, which users can view the documents saved on it.
To do this, simply go to Andy's Control Panel and click on Settings > Library > Categories > Create Folder. 
The following screen will then appear, inviting you to Name your forlder, limit access by role (optional), and indicate whether the folder is primary or not.




To be able to indicate which documents can be seen by certain users, it is necessary to activate the option of Limiting access according to the user's role. Once enabled, you can specify which user roles will have access to the folder.




That's it! Now you know how to select the users that will have access to a library resource.
