How to justify an unfulfilled task?

If you fail to complete a task withintime limit time limitAndy allows you to indicate the corresponding reason. During working hours, unforeseen events may arise to alter the normal flow of operation. For this reason, Andy allows you to justify those tasks that have not been completed on time.

To do this, you must access toAndy APP > Tidesand click on a task in stateCompleted:



Once you access, the following message should appear at the top:



In this case, click onIt justifies why. Once you click, you will be able to indicate the reason for the non-completion of the task. By default, you have the options for: No time, lack of staff or another. If you need it, you can add more information on what happened and the measures/solutions that have been taken:




Once justified, this is reflected in Andy APP:
