How to activate an Action Plan on the Andy App

Andy allows you to put Action Plans into motion to guide your team/s when an incident occurs during the execution of records and tasks.

In other words, when a record or task has not been carried out as expected, Andy warns you that something has gone wrong and it suggest a possible solution.

All of this must have been previously configured from Andy's Control Panel.

For Andy to be able to suggest an action plan, you must have previously created a template of the Incident type

Creating an Action Plan in the Control Panel

1- From Andy's Control Panel, click on Settings > Incidents

2- In the upper right corner, click on + Create template to create your first Plan of Action your teams should follow first.

The following would be an example of how to solve a problem related to the recording of the refrigerator's temperature:

Once created, click on Save and Publish

3- On the same screen, click on Records (just to the left of Incidents).

Now click on + Create Template to create the desired record. Add a Title, a brief description (optional), and change the response format to the appropriate one.  In this case, we will select the Temperature and set the range we see fit.

Once this step is complete, the record should look like this:

4- Now, to the important stuff: Creating a Condition!

Just below the description, you'll notice that a button like the following will appear:

Click on Add Condition.

In this case, our condition will be that "if the fridge's temperature is above or below (in other words, outside the recommended temperature range), an alert should be generated guiding us towards the appropriate Plan of Action.  To do so, you need to click on Suggest Plan of Action.

A drop-down menu will then open with different Alert types.  Select the Action Plan previously created on your right. In this case, it would be Temperature recording.

Finally, click on Save and Publish
