How does Analytics work in Audits?

What is it?

The Audit Analytics dashboard allows you to analyse the results of the audits carried out in Andy. From one glance, it is possible to detect patterns, evaluate performance and make decisions based on real data.



What is it for?

  • See key indicators such as average score or number of audits completed.

  • Detect non-conformities and track action plans.

  • Analyze results by template, group or local.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement with historical data.

  • Monitor corrective action resolution times.

How to access?

  1. Access theControl Panel

  2. Click on the side menu and hclick on the toolAudits.

  3. Select sectionAnalytics.

  4. Make use of the filters to perform a specific search and click onFilter

What will you find?

  • Indicator Cards (KPI)
    They show a general summary:

    • Average score (%).

    • Number of audits completed.

    • Number of non-conformities detected.

    • Average time to resolve action plans.

  • Interactive charts and tables
    Explore data from different approaches:

    • Comparison of score by template, group or local.

    • Templates that generate more non-conformities.

    • Distribution of audits according to your final note (Excellent, Approved, Suspended).

    • Percentage of premises audited in the period.

    • Audits completed by each user.

    • Areas where closures of action plans are delayed longer.
