How can I view the detailed activity of my locations from the Dashboard?
In Andy, it is possible to export the data shown in the Dashboard charts related to the activity of completed tasks. This feature allows you to extract information from the By Locations, By Groups, By Time Slots, and By Templates sections in order to analyze the activity of the account and its locations.
This makes it easier to monitor activity, create customized reports, and share relevant data for management purposes. Below, you will find details on how to use this feature and what data is included in the CSV file.
🛠 How to export the data

Go to the Dashboard.
Navigate to the section you want to export:
By Locations
By Groups
By Time Slots
By Templates

Click the three-dot icon in the upper-right corner of the corresponding chart.

Select Download CSV.

The CSV file will be automatically downloaded to your device.
📁 What’s included in the CSV file?
The downloaded file contains the data displayed in the chart of the selected section. You will be able to see information such as:
- Location or group name
- Date and time of activity
- Number of completed tasks
- Completion percentage
