With Andy, it is possible to add the option to verify the completion of audits. On the main screen of the Control Panel, you will see tasks/records/audits pending justification:
To use this feature, you first need to set a signature for your user. To do this, access the Control Panel. Once inside, go to Settings > Users, select your user, and add the signature in the field located at the bottom right of the screen:
Once the signature is set, you need to enable the option to verify the audits you want. To do this, go to Settings > Audits and open or create the audit in question. Inside the audit configuration, under Template Properties, activate the Verification function and add the roles that are allowed to verify the audit completion:
Once this option is enabled and the audit is completed in the Andy APP, it can be verified by going to Control Panel > Audits, filtering the search for the audit, and selecting it. Once selected, click on the three dots in the top right corner to reveal the Verify option:
If you want to unverify an audit, follow the same process used for verifying; this can be modified accordingly:
In the audit supervision table, a column has been added that shows the verification status of each audit:
Finally, in the audit status filter, you can select one or more statuses to refine your search. Available options include Verified, Pending Verification, In Progress, and Completed. Below is a detailed description of each:
Verified: Audits that have been completed, are configured for verification, and have already been verified. This status only appears if the audit is set up for verification.
Pending Verification: Audits that have been completed and configured for verification but have not yet been verified. This status also only appears for audits requiring verification.
In Progress: Audits that have not yet been completed and therefore cannot move to "Pending Verification" or "Verified". This status applies to audits configured or not configured for verification.
Completed: Audits that are finished but are not configured for verification. Applies only to audits that do not require this process.
