If you have a printer and want to check if you can use it with Andy, you can configure it in AndyApp and perform a printer.Test printingto verify that it works correctly.

Before you start

• You know theIP address of the printer.
• ThePrinter is on.
• The printer and device from which you are going to configure it from(PC, mobile or tablet) are connectedto the same networkthan the printer.

If the device and printer are not on the same network, printing will not be possible.

Steps to Test the Printer on Andy

1. Access toAndyAppwith theLocal identifier and password.
   
2. Select yourUserand introduces thePin.
3. Go toConfiguration.
4. SelectPrinter.
5. PressAdd printer.
6. Select the type of printer:
   • Zebra→ if you use a Zebra printer.
   • Generic Printer→ for any other printer.
7. Introduce theIP address of the printer.
8. PressSave Configuration.
