How can I reprint the same label?

How can I reprint the same label?

During the workday, it may become necessary to reprint a label, whether because it has been damaged, misplaced, or mixed up, among other reasons — for example, if the original label was deteriorated, the product was transferred to another container, or the visibility of the information needs to be improved in order to maintain traceability.

AlertThe information on the reprinted label is the same as the original. Neither the date nor any other information is modified — the same values are maintained.

To do this, you must access the Andy APP. Once inside, you first need to print a label from the Labels tool. After selecting the product and printing it, go to the Traceability tool to locate the newly printed label. To find this label, access the Print Date screen:

If you need to reprint a label printed on a different day, you can use the filter options (by date, status, category, or product/lot name) by clicking the filter icon . You can also search for the label on the Expiration Date screen

Once the label has been located, follow these steps:

  1. Click the preview icon  to access the label preview screen. Here, you can view all the information related to the printed label.

  2. To reprint it, click Print again.
