I forgot my user PIN
Forgot your PIN?
Don't worry, you can easily generate a new one!
The only requirement is for you to log on to Andy with a user role level 3 or higher, as this is the minimum level required to edit other users' details.
In addition to the PIN, you can also modify names, surnames, and assign new roles, if you wish.
But, to do all this, you must first access the Andy App.
Once in Andy, go to the Settings tool you will find on the left hand menu and click on Users.
2. In the Users section, click on an existing user to modify their data.
3. Fill in the basic information in the form provided:
Name
Surnames
User rol
Change PIN (you can assign a random PIN by clicking on
or manually enter 4 digits).
4. Once you have filled in all the fields, click Save.
Modifying your PIN from Andy's Control Panel
To modify a user's PIN from the Control Panel, go to Settings > Users > Click on the desired user.
A screen will appear where - in addition to changing the PIN - you will be able to modify other user details.
To change the User PIN, click on Generate new PIN and enter a new 4-digit PIN.
Once modified, in the upper right corner, click on Save changes.
And, that's it!
