What is it?

TheAndy Action Plan is the functionality that allows you to manage and close the non-conformities detected in a audit through concrete and controlled actions.

Eachaction planis created from anon-conformityand is managed individually, with follow-up status and, if defined, a deadline for its resolution.

Thus, each non-conformity of the detection to the correction, with traceability and control to its closure.

What is it for?

The Action Plan serves to ensure that thenon-conformitiesdetected are corrected and managed in a controlled manner. With this functionality you can:

  • Manage each non-conformity individually.

  • Know at all times when state each is found action plan.

  • Control the progress of the corrective actions.

  • Define a maximum time for its resolution.

  • Avoid changes when the deadline has expired, maintaining control.

  • Prioritize and filter pending work to act first on the most critical.

How to access?

You can access the Action Plans in two ways:

  • Enter Audits.

  • Open a audit has already been completed.

  • Access the tab Action Plan to view and manage associated plans.

You can also enter directly from the view of Action Plan where all plans are displayed individually, irrespective of the source audit.

Access and actions available depend on the configured permissions in the Action Plan template.

What will you find?

📋View Action Plan

A centralized view where each row represents a action plan individually managed.

From this table you can check at a glance:

  • The Audit ID from which it comes.

  • The date of creation of the plan.

  • The deadline if defined.

  • The current status of the action plan.

  • The percentage of progress.

  • The local, the audit and the associated non-conformity.

In addition, you can filter,order and customize the view to prioritize outstanding work and focus on the most critical.


Deadline

The deadline is defined from the Action Plan template and serves to ensure that corrective actions are completed within the prescribed time limit.

  • It is configured as a number of days.
  • Calculated automatically when the audit is closed.
  • Until the deadline is reached, the action plan can completed and respond.
  • Once the deadline has expired, the action plan remains blocked, without the possibility of editing or reply.

🔄States of the Action Plan

Each Action Plan has a state indicating where its resolution is located.

Default states:

  • Open: initial state when creating the action plan.
  • In progress: when corrective action is already under way.
  • Completed: when the plan has been completed and closed.

In addition, you cancreate custom statesfrom the settings to suit your operation.

In some views, these states can be grouped under the category "Other".

📄Action Plan Checklist

Each Action Plan has an individual page where you can:

  • Complete items defined to correct non-conformity.
  • Consult progress of the real-time plan.
  • Change the status according to the permissions assigned.

When the plan is completed or has overcome the deadline, the fields remain blocked and a warning is shown to maintain traceability and control.
